Black Tulip Asset Management LLC (“BTAM”) is focused on advising, structuring and managing Exchange-Traded Products (“ETPs”) issued on the European capital markets and other private/public capital structures for the purpose of investing in U.S. and international commercial real estate assets, disruptive environmental technologies, and private equity opportunities in the dynamic media and entertainment industry through its affiliate Black Tulip Media. BTAM uses innovative European securitization programs for its products with listings on Euronext Paris, Wiener Börse and other reputable stock exchanges.

BTAM perceives a global investor appetite for secured dollar performance yield assets, in particular in the Alternative and Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) markets, giving HNW investors, institutional and private wealth global distribution in North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific and the Middle East the opportunity to participate in the economic benefits of owning real estate, media and private equity assets through highly transparent structures, without the complexity typically involved in direct private investments.

BTAM has formed a Shariah Supervisory Board to ensure that its various offerings are Shariah compliant and is committed to being a responsible investor by incorporating ESG criteria in its investment approach.

To date, BTAM’s platform consists of 6 high yield performance investment products (4 ETP Eurobonds and 2 private placements) and exceeds USD 1 billion, with an additional USD 500 million slated for the 2020-2021 issuance pipeline, including 3 ESG-qualified investments.
